The Cardiograph Heart Rate Monitor is an application designed to accurately measure your heart rate at your convenience.

Cardiographs utilizes the built-in sensors and devices of your smartphone, including the camera and LED flashlight, to calculate your pulse or heart rate.

You have the option to save your results and track your pulse history with visual graphs provided by the Heart Rate Monitor.

The interface is clear and intuitive, making it easy to use. Simply place your finger lightly on the rear camera lens and flashlight, hold it until the measurement is complete. It's important to avoid applying excessive pressure as it can affect blood circulation and ultimately impact the accuracy of the results. If you're using a smartphone or tablet without an LED flashlight, it's recommended to perform measurements in a well-lit area for optimal accuracy. Additionally, it's advised to remain calm, avoid unnecessary movement, and refrain from talking during the measurement process as these factors may interfere with the accuracy of the results.
